Pfgames Terms & Conditions — Complete User Guide

1. General Terms

By accessing or using the pfgames platform, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not wish to read or do not agree to these terms, please stop using the service.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use pfgames services:

• You must be at least 18 years old — all pfgames services are strictly prohibited for anyone under this age.
• Each person may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or identity is a violation and may result in penalties.

• Pfgames may request KYC verification at any time. You may be required to submit a national ID, passport, or driving licence.
• Pfgames reserves the right to suspend any account opened with false information at any time and to withhold any funds held in that account.

3. Deposit & Payment Policy

The following payment methods are available for deposits at pfgames:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum limit, though AML verification may apply to larger deposits.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–10 minutes. If there is a delay, please contact live support.
• Third-party payment methods are not permitted. Deposits must be made from the account holder's own mobile banking account.
• Pfgames is not liable for deposits sent to the wrong number or submitted with an incorrect transaction ID.

4. Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings from pfgames:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account verification level.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. VIP accounts benefit from faster processing times.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawing bonus-derived balance requires the applicable wagering requirements to be met.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be withheld until KYC verification is complete.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Pfgames offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms — please read the offer page carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only and applies to new accounts one time.
• Bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately. Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus funds may only be used on designated games at pfgames — not all games may contribute equally toward wagering requirements.
• Pfgames reserves the right to void bonuses if suspicious bonus abuse or arbitrage betting is detected.

6. Betting Rules & Gaming Policy

All game outcomes on pfgames are determined fairly using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by independent third parties.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, pfgames will endeavour to refund the original stake.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.
• Pfgames reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Bet acceptance in live betting depends on match conditions and cannot always be guaranteed.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Activities

Pfgames reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account and forfeit any funds held if any of the following occur:

• Operating multiple accounts or claiming bonus benefits through a family member's account.
• Transactions made using fake identities, stolen cards, or another person's payment details.
• Attempting to misappropriate funds through chargebacks or payment disputes.
• Bonus hunting or exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Harassing other users or attempting to compromise the security of the platform.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

You may request to close your account at any time through the pfgames support team. If a balance remains, it will be processed for withdrawal before the account is closed.

• Pfgames may suspend an account without notice in the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Withdrawals will not be permitted until an investigation is fully completed during the suspension period.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts with no transactions for more than 12 months.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Pfgames makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service; however, pfgames will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Unexpected technical failures or disruptions to third-party services.
• If your account password is compromised by another party.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or government directives.

11. Right to Amend Terms
